FAQ

I'm new here. What is a self service dog wash?

It's exactly as it sounds. We provide everything you need to wash your dog yourself, with no clean up or back aches, and all you need to provide is your pup.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No, we provide everything you need here. That includes shampoos, brushes, fragrances, blow dryers, towels, aprons, and more! You are completely welcome to bring your own products from home if you prefer as well.

Do I need an appointment or reservation?

No, you do not. We are walk-in only. So you can drop in any time that's best for you. We are open 10am to 7pm, and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Do you also do grooming?

No, we are solely a self service dog wash facility. However, there are many full service groomers in Astoria that we could recommend.

Is there a time limit?

No. You can take as long as you like to wash, within reason. We do have a time limit on our blow dryers of 15 minutes, but you can pay extra for more time.

Are there any vaccine paperwork requirements?

No. We strongly recommend all dogs get their vaccinations. But because we do not handle the animals, and because there are usually only limited interactions between other dogs, we DO NOT require paperwork to use our facility.
